We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how it works.
Your Right to Return
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving your delivery. No reason is required.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the same condition as received, with no signs of wear, perfume, or damage
- All original tags attached
- In its original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
Hygiene Items
For hygiene reasons, socks and hosiery cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal has been broken. This is a legal exemption under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
How to Request a Return
Email us at bosslady@thefunkydivacloset.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unrequested returns will not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
UK customers: we recommend using a tracked Royal Mail service.
International customers (including Bermuda): Royal Mail does not operate as an outbound carrier from all countries. If Royal Mail is not available in your country, you must use a fully tracked courier or postal service such as your national postal provider, FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Returns sent without tracking will not be accepted.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend retaining your proof of postage and tracking reference until your refund has been confirmed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
We do not offer exchanges or store credit.
Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, please contact us at bosslady@thefunkydivacloset.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. In this case, we will cover the cost of return postage and issue a full refund including your original shipping fee.
