About Our Products

The Funky Diva Closet is a novelty resale fashion store. Unless otherwise stated, all items are pre-owned and in good to excellent condition. Where items are new, this will be clearly stated in the product description.

Each piece is one-of-one. Once an item is sold it is gone. We do not restock the same item. Inventory is updated regularly so check back often.

All sizes are listed in UK sizing. US size conversions are provided as a guide only. We recommend checking the measurements listed in each product description before purchasing, as sizing can vary between brands and garments.

Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major debit and credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment processed, we are unable to cancel it. If you change your mind after receiving your order, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.

Accuracy of Descriptions

We make every effort to describe and photograph items accurately. Pre-owned items may have minor signs of wear consistent with their age and previous use. Any known flaws are noted in the product description. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Limitation of Liability

The Funky Diva Closet's liability to you shall not exceed the total value of your order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your purchase.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
