Shipping policy

We ship from Manchester, England using Royal Mail. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

UK Delivery

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 working days
  • Tracked delivery: 2–3 working days

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Europe: 5–10 working days
  • Rest of world: 7–21 working days

Delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing, which is outside our control.

Bermuda

We ship regularly to Bermuda. Parcels are dispatched from Manchester via Royal Mail International Tracked and are handed to Bermuda Post for final delivery. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 working days, though this can vary depending on customs clearance at the port of entry.

Please note that Bermuda Customs may charge import duty on goods received from the UK. This is the responsibility of the recipient and is not included in your order total. We recommend checking Bermuda Customs regulations before placing your order.

For returns from Bermuda, Royal Mail is not available as an outbound carrier. Returns must be sent using Bermuda Post or a tracked international courier such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Full return conditions are outlined in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Customs and Import Duties

All international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged upon delivery. These charges are outside our control and are not included in the price of the item or shipping fee. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at bosslady@thefunkydivacloset.com with your order number. For tracked orders we will raise an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our control.
